Consob blacks out 5 fraudulent websites

The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) is the public authority responsible for regulating the Italian securities market.

Established in 1974, CONSOB’s primary role is to ensure the transparency, efficiency, and protection of investors in Italy’s financial markets.

On June 27, 2024 the CONSOB has ordered the black-out of 5 websites:

  • FusionLots (https://fusionlots.com)
  • CM FX Trade – Capital Markets FX Trade (https://cmfxtrade.com)
  • Capitalpartners24 (https://capitalpartners.org)
  • Alfacapitalmarket (https://alfacapitalmarket.com)
  • Investax (http://investax.org)

As of this writing, some websites have already been shut down, while others remain active. Exercise caution before making any online investments.

If you become a victim of a fraudulent company, keep records of all communications, transactions, receipts, and any other relevant information.

If you made a payment, inform your bank or credit card company. They may be able to stop the transaction or recover your money.

Report to the local police and file a complaint and inform your country’s financial regulator.
