CNMV Alerts Against 10 Unregistered Firms

The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) is the Spanish government agency responsible for regulating and supervising the securities markets in Spain. Established in 1988, the CNMV ensures the transparency and proper functioning of the financial markets, safeguarding investor interests and maintaining market integrity.

The Spanish regulator is one of the most active at alerting consumers about unauthorized companies, updating their list of unregulated firms weekly. The CNMV announced on June 17, 2024 that the companies listed below are not authorized to offer financial services or conduct investment activities in Spain:

  • FusionLots (fusionlots.com)
  • S3 SOLUCION E INVESTIGACIÓN ECONÓMICA SL (s3solucion.es)
  • TD Markets Ltd (tdmarkets.com)
  • Rumblenomic (rumblenomic.com)
  • Ami Solutions (amisolutions.co and ami-solution.net)
  • Audent Capital (audentcapital.pro)
  • Finance IG (finance-ig.com and financeig.com)
  • Stonexly (stonexly.com)
  • TCM Globals Limited (tcmglobals.com)
  • Trade Exerts (tradexerts.com)

Most of this company offers investments in forex and cryptocurrency, without the necessary authorization from the CNMV to operate legally in Spain.
